The dog chart and associated locking table, derived from the dog chart, show the situation in 1962. In 1965 minor alterations were made to the sidings but more extensive alterations were made to them in 1968 for a Freightliner terminal. At the end of 1974 a facing connection was made Up Main to Up Branch (previously the Down connection from the branch platform trailed into a main to main crossover) and the Up Refuge Siding connection was altered. The spurs were also abolished at the Up end of the sidings at this time.
The box diagram shows the position on 2 April 1979 after these changes had been made and the associated locking table, drawn in June 1974, shows the altered locking to correspond with these changes to the layout. Subsequently points 12, 19, 31, 41 and 42 were converted to motor operation and FPLs 11, 13, 14 and 43 were then worked to maintain locking. The box diagram (for 1968 and 1992) has been published in 'Signal Box Diagrams of the GW and SR by Pryer, volume 14 - GWR Plymouth and East Cornwall, page 34 and is available from the Signalling Record Society.
